ATI casting service, Company
If you haven't visited ATI Casting Service recently, you may be in for a big surprise. Producing top quality gray and ductile iron castings today, to exacting customer specifications, is a high tech business that requires the latest in scientific technology and expertise, as well as state of the art instruments and equipment to back it up. It is a far cry from the foundry business of a half century ago.
Our 550,000 sq. ft. facility is located in La Porte, Indiana, giving it a centralized location in America's heartland. Melt capacity is maintained by a 65 ton, a 25 ton, and three 50 ton channel induction furnaces. Production is up to 3600 tons/month with casting weight ranges to 200,000 pounds.
Quality is our obsession. It requires us to put our customers' needs first. It requires us to create and maintain a work environment in which each individual is a highly-valued resource, treated with respect and dignity. Our future lies with trained and empowered people, working with leading edge technologies, committed to continuous improvement in quality and service. We have been registered to ISO 9002 Standards since 1996.
